Circle of Security for Parents

Dear parent,

It is with great joy that I invite you to participate in the internationally recognized parenting program, Circle of Security — which draws upon over 50 years of research in attachment science to offer a clear and accessible map for building a parent-child relationship characterized by safety and security. Feeling safe in the presence of another person lies at the very foundation of healthy psychological, emotional, physical, social, and interpersonal development, as well as the cultivation of a healthy sense of self-worth.
What the Circle of Security offers us:

* A map through which I can identify, at any given moment, where I am emotionally as a parent and where my child is — and how to approach connection with them when relational difficulties arise. * The skills necessary to offer my child a relationship characterized by safety, trust, support, and acceptance. * The development of the capacity to reflect upon my own emotional needs and personal relational challenges. * New ways of connecting with my children and helping them regulate intense emotions. * The qualitative enrichment of the parent-child relationship, through the awareness that I am "a good enough parent." * Support for parents in building secure attachment for their children. * A non-judgmental, supportive space for parents — where they can feel accepted, understood, heard, seen, and validated. * Guidance toward recognizing and embracing the truth that I am "a good enough parent."

The Circle of Security program is structured around 8 weekly sessions, each lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, and presents — through video examples, graphics, animations, and worksheets — the core principles that can help us offer our child the key element of harmonious development across all dimensions: secure attachment.

The cost is 40 euros per session per person, or 50 euros per session per couple. Upon full payment at the beginning of the program, the cost is reduced to 300 euros per person, or 350 euros per couple.

Participants: The course is open to mothers, fathers, grandparents, nannies, and any other person who interacts with children. Participation as a couple is strongly encouraged!

The number of participants is limited to between 4 and 10 individuals, in order to ensure a safe and confidential environment and to allow each participant sufficient time to share their own experiences and personal reflections.

The sessions will take place on an online platform, for which you will receive an access link, and they will not be recorded. Should you be unable to attend a session, we will work together to find a way for you to make it up. Additionally, it is required that your camera and microphone be turned on, as the sessions are interactive in nature.
